Ist es eigentlich schonmal vorgekommen, dass eine Dame an HIV erkrankt war? Wie würde in diesem Falle damit umgegangen werden? Wird so etwas entsprechend kommuniziert?

nein, da die Damen nur mit Nachweis (aktuelles Gesunheitsattest) arbeiten dürfen.
